The Milan prosecutors presented to the investigating judge the demand for immediate rite against Silvio Berlusconi for the Ruby case. "There is evidence of proof," said the prosecutor in the request. It confirms that the competence is not the Court of Ministers: "After examining the documents received by the Chamber of Deputies and those filed by the defense, we expose the reasons for which this office believes that in order to graft there is no hypothesis Crime ministerial. " The decision of the ritual pm in pursuing immediate infuriates Berlusconi, who threatened: "I will cause to the State."
