The company
A perfect combination of art and taste is what appears in the eyes of those who approach for the first time Azienda Agricola Bagaggera.
While delicious farm products tickle the palate of the visitor, and the friendliness of the owner of the intangible presence of the sculptures of Martin make this place a place where no hurry to stop, a place as taste and hear.

The company
Bagaggera The farm is located in the Park Curone (Agricultural Park), the current management (2008) thirty breeds of goats, the 15 ha of land available, 8 are cultivated with barley and alfalfa, the remainder to lawn establishment. Among the objectives of the company's intent to decrease as much as possible the procurement of external feed. A small orchard and a greenhouse needs to produce vegetables and fruits for local consumption, but at least for the time being, the latter one is not sold directly.
The good farmer and breeder: Samuel Villa, has a degree in animal production, the company handles the sale from the field, respecting the rules of organic farming and experimenting with the principles of biodynamics. The land is certified organic for 12 years while farming and its products a year: the certifying body is bio Agricert.
products
The company turns the delicious goat milk, semi-aged cheese and ricotta. Goat milk, due to the special composition of fatty acids it contains, is considered as a full food easily digestible, unlike cow's milk also contains a minor (although the difference is minimal) amount of cholesterol. In addition to products derived products, the use of an oven can also produce an excellent homemade bread.
Welcome and parallel activities
The company has 5 rooms with 2 beds each and a kitchen, hospitality is generally made available to groups of people who intend to organize courses in sculpture or painting in the scenario of the agricultural and park.
activities are also organized in collaboration with the Association Corimbi which aims to facilitate work integration of disabled children. The scenario of the company is also home to a theater festival, held usually in late August.

The consumer, buying directly from the farm, has the opportunity to learn firsthand the history of the product they are buying (a concept so dear and advertised to the GDO is called tracking).
